Beyonce admits that she loves food. And still, she has somehow managed to sport an amazing body with flawless skin. Of course, perhaps we can contribute much of that to personal trainers and such, but regardless, the wife to Jay Z just dropped a number of secrets about her diet via a segment on Good Morning America. Ones we're hoping can help YOU get that sexy curvy body you've been wanting for a long while now.
Of course, if you're a guy, we're assuming you don't want that curvy bod. Right?
Anyway, in the GMA piece, it's revealed that much of Beyonce's success with her body comes from dieting:
"This is something I have to share with everyone," Beyonce says in the piece. "I am not naturally the thinnest woman. I have curves; I'm proud of my curves. I have struggled since a young age with diets, and finding something that actually works, that actually keeps the weight off, has been difficult for me."
Her saving grace? Celebrity Trainer Marco Borges' 22-Day Revolution. The diet focuses on plant-based foods, which helps people go vegan in just about three weeks.
"Psychologists have learned that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit," Borges says, "so if you adopt a healthy habit over the course of 21 days, the 22nd day you'd be armed with a new habit."
