They say it's the most important meal of the day – breakfast. But believe it or not, there are a few things that you should NOT eat in the morning. Unfortunately, it's typically the very, very good stuff. You know, the pancakes, the waffles, the bacon, the sausage, etc., etc., etc., But don't worry, we're here to count down the top 5 breakfast foods that you can consume to keep to your healthy diet. And yes, they're good too. But the best part? They're all typically a slight variation of one of your favorite meals...
Are they alone as good as that pancake wrap you're drying to have? Well, no, but they're still good.
5. Bananas
Health.com reports that bananas are a leading source of healthy carbs. And you feel full for longer periods of time when eating them.
Just don't do it too loudly, because that's, well, gross.
4. Greek Yogurt
Greek Yogurt, aside from being delicious, has some serious amount of protein in it. It's reportedly best to ingest a "plain, non-fat" kind.
3. Cereal
Okay, we should start by saying you probably can't eat you favorite cereal, largely due to the fact that they tend to be packed with sugar. Therefore, eat something with "at least 5 grams of fiber and less than 5 grams of sugar," per the report.
2. Oatmeal
Oatmeal is wonderful, readers. So stock up on those omega 3's and potassium and get yourself some oatmeal.

Hooray for coffee! Now, there are quite a few reports that say coffee is both good and bad for you, but we're going to go ahead and focus on the good—because let's face it, coffee is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Anyway, coffee drinkers are known to have a lower risk of both diabetes and prostate cancer as well. So, there's that.
Therefore, drink up!
So, okay, in the end, just eat a bunch of fruit in the morning and have a cup-o-Joe. But not too much fruit, most of them have quite a bit of sugar, folks.
