Apparently, the infamous 23-year-old twerker will propose to her former "Hunger Games" beau sometime this year. Now that's a bold move!

"Miley obviously likes to do things originally and on her own terms and would like to ask Liam to marry her," an alleged insider tells the popular gossip webloid HollywoodLife.com. "If he doesn't pop the question again then she would do it with no questions asked! They are working on getting back together and being official and all signs are pointing to being married. They are very determined to have everything work out like it was supposed to originally."
