Lena Dunham Campaigns for Hilary Clinton on Instagram, Focuses on Clothes

It is no secret that actress Lena Dunham is on campaign trail for Hilary Clinton and thanks to a series of Instagram posts, fans know she is focusing on her clothes to help show her support for the Democratic Party nominee hopeful.

The Girls star has decided to use clothes as another way to show that she is supporting Clinton in her bid for president. Over the past few days she has worn a number of Hilary themed clothing items while hitting the streets and attending events that support the former first lady. The activist has shared her new outfits with fans via Instagram over the last few days and credits celebrity stylist Shirley Kurata for her help.

She kicked off her apparel support with a simple white sweater that had "Hilary, Hilary, Hilary' written in blue letters. She captioned the photo "Just a subtle peek of the kind of stuff you can expect from ya girl when she hits the road for @hillaryclinton this week.... Masterful styling by @shirleykurata UPDATE: for all those who asked, this is a @marcjacobs sweater with custom Hillary knitting by @grantknits."

Another outfit Dunham wore was a pantsuit with buttons all over, including being used for writing "Vote 4 Hilary" on back. She captioned this gem by thanking those who helped her put it all together. "Last look of the day envisioned by the genius @shirleykurata. Suit by @title_a_ and with unreal button work by @maascouture. Night night"

Over the last couple of days, the Girls star has been all about the dresses. She wore a vintage blue dress with stars on the bottom, Hilary's name across her chest and red and white stripes with stars along the arm to tie the whole patriotic look together. She again captioned with a thanks to Kuarta for the style and Grant Knits for embroidering Clinton's name on the dress. Lena Dunham ended her time on the campaign trail for Hilary Clinton wearing a simple white dress that had Hilary screen printed all over it in red.

There is no doubt that Dunham is a big supporter of Clinton and she is even willing to turn herself into a walking billboard to let you know. That is dedication and determination.  We can't wait to see what the actress does next to show her support.
