Rowan Blanchard talked about her sexuality in a Twitter post in which the Girl Meets World actress called herself "queer."

Blanchard took to social media to relay an important message and start an important conversation. In a tweet that once again proves the young woman is wise beyond her years, she had this to say about labels and sexuality:

"In my life-only ever liked boys. However I personally don't wanna label myself as straight, gay or whateva so I am not gonna give myself labels to stick with-just existing. "Yes, [I'm] open to liking any gender in future is why I identify as queer."

The message came after 14-year-old star wrote a very lengthy post for Rookie titled "Sorry Not Sorry" about how she "quit apologizing for existing." In it she opens up about who she was last year, and who she wants to be. Blanchard also details what led her to believe that she can "trust myself enough to know that I don't always have to say sorry for myself."

Not long after her tweet and blog post, Blanchard's followers tweeted: "BisexualRileyMatthews2k16."

The actress was quick to respond. "Would really be here for this," she tweeted, and  went on to say that even if it wasn't her character, Riley, it was important for there be representation on the show.

"If not Riley -- its vvv important to me, being queer, that there is representation on our show & being queer to me just means not putting a label on sexuality -- just existing."

Blanchard was named Feminist Celebrity of the Year by the Ms. Foundation for Women. Hunger Games actress Amanda Stenberg was another young actress who made the list.
