Jennifer Lopez Will Add Las Vegas Residency to Her Resume on January 20!

Ever since the release of the hit television movie Selena, Jennifer Lopez has had a rewarding career as a triple threat. Her talents as an actress, singer and dancer has evolved over the past decade and the 46-year-old Bronx native will soon add a Las Vegas residency to her resume.

In just two-days, the Latina will debut her show entitled "All I Have" at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood, the first sin city show and says this has been a challenge to produce. "The rehearsals are intense. They're long," J.Lo confessed to Entertainment Tonight. "People don't understand all the pieces that go into making a show."

And while this isn't JLo's first big performance, it is the very first residency. After the announcement of the final season of the American Idol television show, these twenty performances will be a precurser for what could be next for Miss Lopez. She must manage to do what colleagues Celine Dion and Britney Spears have already done successfully. And that's keep the fans coming.

Prior to her arrival in Las Vegas and the grueling rehearsal schedule, Lopez revealed something her fans may have never know. "I think I've been preparing for this my whole life," she said at the time. "I'm excited about going to Vegas [and] doing the kind of quintessential show that I've always had in my mind."

What will the fans receive? It seems like an experience of a lifetime since the star is offering VIP tables through ticketmaster at a premium cost of $416. And that comes with a bottle of champagne, a signed poster, and a meet and greet. Either way, ticket sales or no ticket sales, Jenny from the block is making a significant amount of money in such as short period of time.

TMZ did a contract comparison between Jennifer and Britney and revealed, "Jennifer is being offered a whopping $350K per show at The Axis at Planet Hollywood ... the same place Britney is performing. Britney is making a paltry $310K a show. But Britney will ultimately score more than JLo because her contract provides she'll do 96 shows over 2 years. JLo will do 72 shows, 3 times a week for 24 weeks over a 1 or 2 year period -- the contract leaves that open. So, in the end, Britney is guaranteed $29,760,000 for the 2-year run. JLo will be guaranteed $26,383,326."

This deal will make the Bronx native one of the most wealthiest performers of all times. She went from In Livin' Color to Planet Hollywood. Are you planning to see the show? Let us know you're thoughts!
