'Game Of Thrones' Star Teases Euron Greyjoy's Role In Season 6! Is He After [SPOILER]?
The sixth season of Game of Thrones will be introducing more interesting characters, but one of the most anticipated appearances is that of Euron Greyjoy, uncle to Theon (Alfie Allen) and future King of the Iron Islands. The sadistic character will be portrayed by A War actor Pilou Asbaek, who admits that Euron is someone to look forward to.
"There's no one like Euron Greyjoy," Asbaek recently told IGN.
The Danish actor admitted that he was overwhelmed with the fan reaction when it was first revealed that he will be playing Euron in Game of Thrones Season 6.
"First of all, it came as a surprise. It wasn't planned, it wasn't expected. But some paparazzi took some pictures of us while we shot a scene," Asbaek said. "My character was a part of it, and it got viral. So when I came home that night, there was like, 200 calls and 200 text messages. That was quite intense, I'll tell you that."
There is good reason behind all the excitement, but Asbaek chooses to play coy about the character's importance.
"Why would you remember Euron?" he asked before offering a vague response. "Because it's one of the best TV shows in the world and all the characters in particular, all the stories are so good. So I'm happy, I'm proud to be a part of it."

To do this, he sends his brother Victarion to court Dany and intends to use a dragon horn to bind her dragons to his will.
