Megan Boone Pregnant: 'Blacklist' Star Announces Baby Girl & Engagement News

The Blacklist star Megan Boone announced on Monday that she is having a baby girl and she that got engaged.

During an appearance on Live With Kelly and Michael, the actress shared that her first child is a girl. She later on remarked how her fiancé Dan Estabrook is in trouble, refering to little girls and how special they are, epsecially when it comes to the relationship with their fathers.

Strahan, a father to three girls echoed her statement. She revealed the couple got engaged around the time they found out they were going to be parents. Although the pregnancy was confirmed last November, the coupled remained pretty tight-lipped, until now that is. Boone was not holding back during her recent interview.

The actress, who is about five months along, revealed that she is completely embracing being pregnant. She spoke openly about her cravings and accepting that the cravings mean her body must need them. For example, she told a story about when she had a craving for a steak salad with a side of lemongrass soup. Interesting combination, but it was what her body was craving so she ate it. She also spoke about eating that extra slice of cake if her cravings were asking for it.

Along with spilling about her cravings, Boone also shared that she is not sure if her pregnancy will be written into the hit NBC show or not. She did remark, however, that if her alter ego Elizabeth Keen is not pregnant, it will be easy to hide her real life baby bump. The actress used Scandal and Kerry Washington's real-life pregnancy as a perfect example to what she was talking about. Considering the current storyline her character is involved in, it seems unlikely that the pregnancy will be written into the show.

Even though Boone referred to Estabrook as her fiancé, she did not divulge any wedding details. She simply said, "We definitely were in it for the long haul when we made a human."
