Anna Duggar Visits Cheating Husband Josh in Rehab- Road to Redemption

Josh Duggar and Anna Duggar have gone through some pretty trying times over the last year, with the truth being revealed about his past molestation scandal, as well as him revealing that he had cheated on his wife with a porn star. In addition to that, the world learned that Duggar of 19 Kids and Counting fame had been a part of the Ashley Madison leak, and also went to rehab for his addition to pornography, where Anna actually visited not too long ago.

With all of this going on, fans were stunned to learn that Anna was planning on staying by her husband's side, as divorce is not an option in her eyes. However, many have been wondering what she has been doing to get her through all of this.

According to Us Weekly, it seems that Anna has turned to the power of prayer to help her cope with the happenings in her life.

"Many have asked how I am doing. So many have asked that it's actually humbling and touching," The 27-year-old wife and mother to four, explained on the Duggar family blog, earlier this weekend. "2015 was the most difficult year of my life. Yet, amazingly I've found that in my own life crisis God has drawn near to me ("He's near to the brokenhearted" Psalms 34:18) and my faith has been more precious to me than ever before."

She also explained that not just the power of prayer, but also getting the chance to visit Josh in rehab has also helped her cope with everything. She called the visit, "an important step on a long difficult road."

The star recently opened up about the betrayal in an episode of Jill and Jessa's three-part special, Jill and Jessa: Counting on, where she revealed how hard it was going through that.

"It was hard to realize that it was such a public thing, so not only was it a betrayal against me, but it was also a betrayal for those who call themselves Christian, because here we were as a Christian couple and everyone was able to see us get married and to vow before God to be loyal to each other. And [then] that loyalty was broken," the star admitted, according to Hollywood Life.
