Britney Spears Bikini Body Photos: Singer Photographed in Tiny Two Piece, Looks Amazing in New Pictures, Did Boyfriend David Lucado Have to Go Through Background Check, Sign Non-Disclosure Contract?

Apparently Britney Spears' breakup with fiance Jason Trawick hasn't affected her too much. She already has a new boyfriend, David Lucado, and it looks like she has been keeping her bikini body in great shape. The singer and "X Factor" judge was photographed out in Malibu on Monday (March 25). She was out with her friends, but her boyfriend and kids were not seen.

The 31-year-old pop star was enjoying the sunny skies in California while wearing a skimpy two piece bikini. The singer looked as good as she has in years, looking like she has been training for months. The previously blonde singer, was sporting a brunette ponytail while hanging out with friends.

Spears just recently participated in a photo shoot for Shape Magazine. Obviously the mother of two has been doing something right, because she looks fantastic. Spears has been spotted out in public with her new boyfriend, David Lucado, but the"Scream and Shout" singer was without Lucado while sun tanning. News just broke that before agreeing to meet with her new boyfriend, Spears' new boyfriend had to go through a background check and sign a non-disclosure contract according to Radar Online. The gossip site says that Britney's dad Jamie Spears is the one who not only set up the meeting, but he also arranged for the background check. A source tells Radar Online, "Before David started spending time with Brit, he had to undergo a background check, and sign a confidentiality agreement, all arranged by Papa Spears. Jamie makes sure if things go south between Jamie and Britney, details about her life wouldn't be made public."

Spears also just got the honor of having a wax figure made of her. On Tuesday, Madame Tussauds unveiled the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards inspired likeness of Spears.
