'Teen Mom 2' Kailyn Lowry Gets Plastic Surgery At Same Time Husband Javi Marroquin Deployed!

Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry just completed painful plastic surgery on her body, but she is dealing with another heartbreaking ordeal - her husband Javi Marroquin was just deployed by the military to an unknown location. With all of the fights the MTV couple had last season, will this made them even closer to a divorce?

"Javi's been gone," a source told OK! Magazine. "Javi and Kailyn left at the same time - he left when she left for Miami [for the surgery]."

The reality dad must be in a far location because according to gossip mag he's "8 hours ahead and doesn't always have Wi-Fi everywhere he goes."

"It's hard for Kail, but I wouldn't say she's sad," the source continued. "They've been through this before. It doesn't make it any easier on her, but she understands this is part of his job and how he provides for their family. She's proud of him."

Javi has a son with Kailyn named Lincoln and a stepson named Isaac, who his wife had with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera. It seems the adorable kids "don't really understand," as per OK!, but "Isaac knows Javi is going away for a while, but he doesn't really get it."

As MStars News reported, the Delaware mom recently underwent three procedures on her body: a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction on her neck, and a tummy tuck. Her surgeon, Dr. Miami, got worried when he saw her wearing a waist trainer on Instagram.

"She needs to be careful that it's not too tight!" he told Radar Online. "Too much pressure can hurt the skin. It could compromise the blood flow to the skin, leading to blisters or scarring." However, he told the gossip site he spoke with Kailyn and that "she is being careful that it's not too tight."
