'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer, Corey Simms Custody Battle Over After Court Hearing Without Judge!
Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer has had a rough year losing custody of her twin girls to ex-husband Corey Simms, but got some good news recently when she got her daughters back for half the time. It looks like the former MTV couple didn't even need a judge to hash out this new agreement because they decided to work together to resolve the situation.
According to Radar Online, Leah and Corey went to their custody hearing on January 27 where they "were told that they had a few minutes to figure the situation out on their own," and then "the judge then left the room and allowed them to talk alone."
After all of their back and forth fighting, it seems that the parents of Ali and Aleeah hashed out the new custody arrangement on their own.
"The judge only signed off on the settlement," a source told Radar. "He didn't order anything."

Why did Corey change his mind and let his ex-wife, whom he accused of being a drug addict in the past, have 50-50 custody?
"Corey and [his wife] Miranda think Leah is doing much better now, which makes it easier for them to get along with her," the source said. "They're praying Leah stays on a good path so everyone can remain at peace."
"Corey never wanted to take the girls away from their mother, he felt it was in the girls' best interest at the time," the source further explained.
With this happy news, Leah has been tweeting about the joy she has being with her daughters.
"There is nothing like being a single mom of 3. Just me, my girls, and our cats lol.. I wouldn't change it for the world," she wrote on January 31.
Do you think Leah and Corey will finally get along after ending their nasty custody battle?
