Sleepy Hollow star Katia Winter, 32, has filed for divorce from her husband Jesse Glick, the frontman for the band Guardian Ghost, after two years of marriage. TMZ obtained the legal documents that state the couple separated in June 2015, right before their two-year anniversary.

The couple's divorce should be fairly simple because they have no children together and no community property, according to TMZ.

Winter starred as Ichabod Crane's wife, witch Katrina Crane, in the first two seasons of the television show from 2013 to 2015.

On the show, Ichabod is resurrected and pulled two-and-a-half centuries through time to decipher a mystery that dates all the way back to the founding fathers.

Winter’s character, Katrina, was killed off at the end of the second season by her own husband, Ichabod (Tim Mison).

The actress has appeared in television shows such as Dexter and NCIS, as well as movies including Knight of Cups and Arena.

She has three films coming out in 2016. She stars in the sci-fi movie L.V.J., action movie 1066 and the thriller Negative.

The Swedish actress has reportedly already moved on from her marriage; PerezHilton.com reports she is dating Playboy magazine's sSenior art director, Chris Deacon.

Deacon posted a photo on Instagram of the two of them together.

Katia also shared a picture that shows her cozied up to Chris.
