The Game has been in the news a lot lately from his opinions about Bill Cosby and now for his sexual assault case. The Compton bred rapper is no stranger to the legal system and now he has found himself in the middle of a battle. The rapper who recently lost his $10 million sexual assault case by default has decided to respond to reports claiming that he lost the money.

The rapper was being accused by Priscilla Rainey She Got Game contestant for allegedly assaulting her while she appeared on the show. Rainey who has been public about the assault has been adamant about receiving her payout. Unfortunately for her, the Compton rapper refuses to go down without a fight.

According to The Shade Room, The Game is not interested in paying Rainey any money. The rapper decided to clap back via Instagram and proceeded to air out Rainey in an epic rant.

The rapper says that many people have the story twisted. Just because he lost by default it doesn't mean that he has to pay Rainey $10 million. If his lawyers don't respond to the suit by February 26th, then Rainey will have to prove why she deserves that amount of money.

Throughout the allegations the rapper has swore up and down that he did not sexually assault Rainey. Rainey had decided to quit the show after she felt that the rapper violated her. If you are familiar with the show, Rainey was all about making the rapper her main squeeze but out of nowhere she quit the show.

The Game who has spoken out about the allegations says that she simply filed the lawsuit because she got kicked off the show. It's safe to say that things are going to get a whole lot messy before this suit is resolved.
