USA Network 'Colony' Episode 5: Are Josh Holloway, Sarah Wayne Callies "Geronimo?"
USA Network continues with their sci-fi drama, Colony. In episode 5, are Will (Josh Holloway) and Katie Bowman (Sarah Wayne Callies) ready to figure out what lies behind the wall in Geronimo?
A duffel bag is given from one person to the next, traveling from one destination o the next. The teen rebels are spreading the poster of Geronimo from one place to another.The military soldiers catch one of the teen rebels just before he can escape.
Will wakes up and finds his bed empty. Katie has been painting the walls of the living room since early morning, Beau (Carl Weathers) tells Will that Phyllis (Kathy Baker) has been murdered. At the crime scene, Will and Beau discover Geronimo's name has been spray-painted on Phyllis' wall. Proxy Snyder (Peter Jacobson) demands the capture of Geronimo, letting Will go into the Green Zone.
Will then interrogates the teen rebel, Shawn Miller, and asks who gave him the resistance posters. Katie meets with Phyllis' killer, Broussard (Tory Kittles) and learns she really is dead. Raiding into a mansion, Will and Beau discover a secret passageway to a rebel case. The military police arrest two rebels, who have been deciding and painting the resistance posters.
As Will's son makes out with a girl, the radio relays the news that Geronimo has been captured. At headquarters, Will is called in by Snyder into the interrogation room. Unhappy with the results, Snyder and Will get nothing out of the teen rebels.
Snyder promotes Will and gives him Phyllis' position. At the rebel base, there leader announces the war is about to begin. Will makes a bad call and interrogates one of his own people. At his wife's bar, Will tells his wife that Phyllis is dead. Katie warns him that the job is going to get him fired.
Ambitious in his ideas, Snyder will turn the fiasco into a win.Will is suspicious of his his son after he hands his sister a gift. Snyder wants the captured actor to pretend playing the real Geronimo. He promises to spare his life and remove him to another colony.
During the night, Will ends up sneaking into his wife's bar and goes through her personal items. Will then learns no one at the office knew Phyllis was married. Will apologizes to Jennifer (Jennifer McMahon) and drinks with her. He learns that her soon-to-be husband died during the arrival.
As Synder holds the televised trial of "Geronimo," victims of the terrorist bombings give their testimonials. After "Geronimo" is judged guilty, Snyder refuses to carry out his deal and has the actor hanged. The crowd watches as the man's neck snaps.
As Katie drives with the rebel forces, she doesn't realize the team is going to ambush Will and Snyder.
