'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans' Ex Nathan Griffith Almost Evicted From Home!
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans recently had to call the cops on her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith for stealing almost $1000 worth of her belongings from a car that was under both of their names, but that isn't the only trouble he has been in. Reportedly, the MTV dad was almost evicted from his apartment for not paying the rent.
According to Radar Online, Nathan received two eviction notices from his residence. One was from December 7, 2015 that said, "The tenant fails or refuses to pay the rent when due." As per the document, he owed $1,534.74.
Radar also reported that a second notice was filed November 20, 2015 called a "Rule to Vacate or Show Cause." This document was more definitive than the first with wording that included, "Failure to vacate the premises or to respond within TEN (10) days may result in the issuance of a writ of ejectment."

A person close to the reality star told the gossip site that everything is cleared up since there was some sort of misunderstanding that took place.
"He was late on his rent but he paid it and is still in the apartment," the source explained. "The leasing company sold the property so that is why it was listed twice."

As MStars News reported, Nathan recently went to court to deal with the warrant Jenelle filed against for her stolen things.
"It's just the first court date in the criminal case," his lawyer Megan Milliken told Radar at the time. "There are only three results that could come of it. It's dismissed by the state, it's 'continued' to another future court date, or we have a trial." No word yet on what the outcome of the charges will be.
