Emma Watson GQ Cover [PHOTOS] 'Harry Potter' Star Wears 'Pretty Woman' Outfit for Sexy Photoshoot, Talks 'Bling Ring'

Emma Watson has officially left her Harry Potter image behind her in her recent May issue of British GQ photoshoot, which features her in a Julia Roberts inspired Pretty Woman outfit. Some are calling this shoot (where she is in character as Nicki from her latest film The Bling Ring) the 22-year-old's sexiest yet. This issue of the popular men's magazine will be out this Thursday, but the photos have already been circulating around Twitter. It is safe to say that, after viewing these pictures, you might just forget Hermione Granger all together.

Emma stars in the leading role of Sophia Coppala's The Bling Ring, which tells the story of the real life group of Hollywood thieves who were known by the same name or "The Hollywood Burglar Bunch." For next month's issue of British GQ, Watson got back in character for some sexy pictures, including a steamy cover photo reminiscent of Pretty Woman.

The former child star also spoke about The Bling Ring in the magazine, saying:

"When I read the script and I realized that essentially it was a meditation on fame and what it's become to our society, I had to do it. The character is everything that I felt strongly against - she's superficial, materialistic, vain, amoral. She's all of these things and I realized that I hated her. How do you play someone you hate? But I found it really interesting and it gave me a whole new insight into what my job or my role as an actress could be."

She also talks about trying a variety of different roles in hopes that she does not get pigeon-holed.

"I was open-minded about doing anything but the one thing I didn't want to do was get myself into a corset because I was worried I would never get out again. This has been a really big departure for me. It's a really big character. That's so exciting for me because it meant I was really acting."
