'Supergirl' SPOILERS: Grant Gustin Set Photo First Look At Italia Ricci's Silver Banshee

It's no secret that Grant Gustin's Barry Allen from The Flash will be making an appearance in a special crossover episode of the CBS show Supergirl. However, it looks like Melissa Benoist's Kara Danvers will need the Scarlet Speedster's help in defeating Italia Ricci's Silver Banshee!

Comic Book Resources has found a candid shot of Gustin on the set of Supergirl. The image, which was posted on Imgur by user pixster, shows the actor walking around with a drink and his Flash pants. Benoist is hidden behind him, although the "S" on her costume can be seen as she greets a young fan. However, there is a clear shot of a costumed Ricci sitting in the background with full Silver Banshee hair and makeup.

Ricci was cast as Siobhan Smythe in Supergirl late last year but the actress has yet to make an appearance in an episode. According to the character's official description, Siobhan is Cat Grant's "new hire" who will prove to be a strong competition for Kara. However, it is later revealed that she is actually the DC supervillain Silver Banshee.

It may look like Ricci is already shooting some scenes with Benoist and Gustin, however, it is still possible that there will be an even larger threat than Silver Banshee in the Flash/Supergirl crossover event.

Ricci is best known for playing April Carver in the series Chasing Life. She has appeared in several TV shows like How I Met Your Mother, House, Secret Girlfriend and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. In 2014, she got engaged to actor Robbie Amell, who also plays the DC character Ronnie Raymond aka Firestorm/Deathstorm in The Flash.

Find out if Silver Banshee will go up against Kara and Barry in the Flash/Supergirl crossover episode, which will air on CBS on March 28.
