Will Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury Appear In Chris Hemsworth's 'Thor: Ragnarok'?

Since Samuel L. Jackson is not part of Captain America: Civil War's cast, people are starting to miss him and his Marvel character -- former S.H.I.E.L.D Director Nick Fury. Ever wondering what Fury's up to next? Well, rumor has it that we'll get to see him in Thor: Ragnarok.

According to Gold Coast Bulletin, Jackson has been "tipped" to return as Nick Fury in Ragnarok. The movie has already begun its pre-production and will film at the Village Roadshow Studios in Queensland which is the same studio Jackson's new movie Kong: Skull Island just recently filmed. Actor Tom Hiddleston, popularly known for playing as Loki, is also part of the movie.

Well, it looks like Jackson and Hiddleston will have no problem if they are shooting at the same studio since they are already there. It is pretty convenient actually if that's really the case, right? Moreover, if Jackson will be missing out Captain America: Civil War, where else could he appear when the actor has only two films left in his contract with Marvel?

If we think about it, it is actually highly probable for Nick Fury to appear in Ragnarok even though most of the movie's story will take place around space, it still has some scenes on Earth. And since Mark Ruffalo's Incredible Hulk is included in this movie, they might as well put Nick Fury too.

It will be a mystery though as to what Fury will be doing in the movie, but this critic guesses, he'll be just like what he has always been - someone who knows a lot. Really, all we could do right now is to guess who's gonna appear in a particular movie or sequel.

As to the other cast members, Chris Hemsworth is reprising his role as Thor, the god of thunder, Tom Hiddleston will continue being Loki while Cate Blanchett is rumored to play as the goddess of underworld spirits Hela.

Directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Ragnarok is set to hit theaters November 3rd, 2017.
