Sabres vs. Penguins Watch and Listen Online LIVE STREAM: NHL Live Feed and Coverage from Pittsburgh
The Buffalo Sabres vs. the Pittsburgh Penguins battle it out on the ice at the CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh, PA on Tuesday, April 2 at 7:30 p.m. ET. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Tuesday night hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
The Sabres head into Tuesday evening's game as the no 5 team in the NHL Eastern Northeast Conference. Buffalo snags the overall no 27 spot in the division, with a 13-17-6 record. According to ESPN sports columnist Scott Burnside, " Blown leads and squandered points. Just another week in the Sabres' disappointing season as they've gone four without a win after a three-game winning streak briefly revived playoff thoughts."
Meanwhile, the Penguins snag the no 1 spot in the NHL Eastern Atlantic Conference, and the no 1 overall spot with a 28-8-0 record (out of 30 teams). As Burnside puts it, "Win 15 in a row and you earn the No. 1 spot (and first overall spot in the standings). The loss of Crosby -- out indefinitely after suffering a broken jaw Saturday -- along with the absence of Kris Letang and Paul Martin is troubling, but the Pens are still the team to beat now and have a shot at tying the league record for consecutive wins on Wednesday."
Tonight's battle on the ice should prove a fierce one between one of the NHL's best teams, and one of its worst.
The game will be broadcasted live on local channels TSN2, RDS2, NBCSN and ROOT, but fans can also listen in on the radio at WGR, 105.9 The X, and 970 ESPN.
