The Pittsburgh Penguins vs. the New York Rangers battle it out on the ice at Madison Square Garden in NYC on Wednesday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m. ET. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Wednesday night hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

The Penguins head into Wednesday evening's game as the no 1 team in the NHL Eastern Atlantic Conference with a 28-9-0 record. Pittsburgh ranks no 1 overall in the NHL out of 30 teams. According to ESPN sports columnist Scott Burnside, "Win 15 in a row and you earn the No. 1 spot (and first overall spot in the standings). The loss of Crosby -- out indefinitely after suffering a broken jaw Saturday -- along with the absence of Kris Letang and Paul Martin is troubling, but the Pens are still the team to beat now and have a shot at tying the league record for consecutive wins on Wednesday."

The Rangers snag the no 4 spot in the Eastern Atlantic Conference, with a 17-15-3 record. The team ranks no 23 overall. As Burnside points out, "The perplexing Rangers have won just once in five games and scored only eight times in that period, including suffering back-to-back shutouts. They are dead last in goals scored per game."

The game will be broadcasted live on FS-CR and MSG, but fans can also listen in on the radio at 105.9 The X970 ESPN, and ESPN 98.7 FM.
