Is the 'Love & Hip Hop' Franchise Coming to Miami and Houston?
It looks like the Love & Hip Hop franchise is shopping for a new home! According to TMZ, the infamous VH1 reality show may be doing some shows in Miami, Florida or Houston, Texas.
It appears that Mona Scott-Young and her producers have been back at work and making casting calls in both cities. Sources claim that the show will hopefully have some new material -- aka a cast -- by April for a premiere this summer.
Baller Alert claimed that there were rumors, Love & Hip Hop was looking to expand New Orleans. Scott-Young closed that case quickly and stated that New Orleans wasn't going to be the next city to show off it's down south drama.
From the looks of Twitter, fans are dying to have a taste of reality TV come to Miami and the other cities in consideration. Some fans of the franchise even named celebrities they'd love to see become a part of the show. Names like Trina, Rick Ross and others came to mind.
Even the Real Housewives of Atlanta wants to see more from Love & Hip Hop.
MStars News previously learned that Trina wasn't interested in becoming a reality TV personality for Love & Hip Hop if they came to Miami. The rapper said that the show was "entertaining, for the most part, but I think there is so much more that you can offer on television than boobs flying out, shoes throwing, hair pulling, drinks in the face."
Maybe a few years has changed her mind! Would you want to see Trina apart of the franchise if they choose to go to Miami?
