'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Custody Battle Update: Taking Barbara & Nathan To Court!
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has much more drama coming her since she is getting ready for two custody battles at the same time. The MTV star has been fighting with mom Barbara Evans over her oldest son Jace and now she is going to court to fight baby daddy Nathan Griffith to keep guardianship of youngest son Kaiser.
"Two custody battles at the same time. Let's go," Jenelle tweeted.
"Jenelle just has everything in place and the court dates have officially been set," a source told Radar Online of the custody battle with Nathan. "She's going for full custody of Kaiser."
Ever since the former reality couple broke up, not much has been heard from Nathan other than his recent arrest for allegedly stealing $1000 worth of Jenelle's belongings.
"They are just trying to serve Nathan right now, which he doesn't have a lawyer like he said he did and he won't give anyone his address to be served," the source told the gossip site.
As for the case between Jenelle and Barbara, a source told Radar that "Jenelle can't take her mom to court until May. May was the first date that Jenelle could get into court with the custody case for her mother. It's because that's the first date her lawyer could get."
"But now, Jenelle is gathering all of the evidence until then of numerous and different things-stuff he has gathered over time," the source continued.
What does Barbara think of all of this?
"It's just the same thing. She wants custody," she said. "She took me to court last year and then she stopped. Its back on."
"Jace is doing very well in school," she went on. "He goes to cub scouts and plays baseball."
At the time, the North Carolina mom didn't want to rip her son out of school and his friends, but now she wants to show she can take care of him now.
Do you think Jenelle should go for full custody of Jace while also dealing with her fight over Kaiser with Nathan?
