Rory Feek Wants to Write a Book After Joey's Death: Family Getting Use to Life Without Singer
Rory Feek and his family are getting use to life without Joey Feek. According to People, the country singer who last his wife earlier this month has been inspired to write a book after the love of his life lost her battle with terminal cancer. Remembering conversations he had with his wife, Feek said: "She talked to me about how she wants me to continue to tell our story, and other stories," Feek mentioned in his blog, This Life I Live. "This past spring I co-wrote and directed my first film, and she wants me to go on and continue writing and making more movies." Feek continued: "And she's also encouraged me to write a book. Joey and I have both experienced the power of living, and telling a great story, so I hope to be able to continue writing and being part of a great story."
After losing his wife, Feek revealed that their daughter, Indiana, who celebrated her second birthday before her mother died, hasn't left his side. In the snapshot below, little Indiana seems to know a piece of her life is missing as she leans on to her father's leg for comfort.
Indiana seemed to get away from her father for a moment and enjoy sometime with her older sister, Hopie, at Indy's mother's garden.
MStars News could only imagine what the Feek family is going through right now. We hope they are doing better with time and pray that they have good days ahead.
