'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Custody Battle With Nathan Ongoing, Wants Child Support!
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is still dealing with the debilitating mystery illness that has caused her to see many different doctors, but along with that drama is her nasty custody battle with baby daddy Nathan Griffith. It looks like the MTV mom is ready for a lengthy court fight to get Nathan to pay child support for their son Kaiser.
"Jenelle is putting the child support on Nathan," a source told Radar Online. Why you may ask... well, Nathan is reportedly getting checks form the government for being a disabled military veteran due to among other things suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

"She thinks he owes her something," the source told the gossip site. "He was getting over $3,000 a month in 2014. It's called 'compensation' for being 'disabled' as a result if his deployment."
"Jenelle doesn't know how much she will get," the source continued. "It depends on how much they make him pay per month and then it will all be added up. The child support court case is in April for Jenelle and Nathan."

As MStars News reported, the North Carolina mom has to go to court for another incident involving her ex. This time it is for Jenelle being arrested for assaulting Nathan's girlfriend Jessica Henry.
Jenelle's version of the events from the police report "stated that she walked outside and the victim got out of the truck. The arrestee claimed that she was in fear, so she threw water at the victim and the jar slipped from her hand. The arrestee stated that the victim caught the jar and threw it back at the arrestee, striking her back and then broke." However, the arresting officer disagreed with that statement writing, "This would have made the broken glass somewhere farther in the driveway. I looked and did not observe any redness or any other injury to the arrestee's back."
No trial date has been set in that case.
