While presenting at the Academy of County Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday evening (April 7), country songstress Trisha Yearwood debuted her stunning, slimmed-down figure. Flaunting a sexy, curvaceous red-and-black dress, the singer-turned-chef showed off her impressive 20-pound weight loss. According to Yearwood, she's been dieting and exercising hardcore, and she contributes most of her stunning weight loss to "eating much less sugar."
The Grammy Award winner hosts a new show on the Food Network entitled "Trisha's Southern Kitchen," and back in February the "She's in Love with a Boy" crooner admitted to People magazine that she's made some huge lifestyle changes regarding her eating habits over the past year. While appearing at the South Beach Food and Wine Festival, Yearwood revealed, "I've been dieting and exercising and I've lost about 20 pounds." She confessed that although she made sure to eat "very little sugar," she lets herself occasionally indulge in a yummy a bowl of mac and cheese every now and then.
"Real people battle their weight," Yearwood explained. "We all struggle between eating healthy and falling off the wagon. That's how I live."

Along with her appearance to present an award on Sunday, Yearwood’s husband, Garth Brooks, took the ACM stage to perform a tribute to Dick Clark alongside country legend George Strait.
