Heading into mid-Week 2 of the MLB 2013 regular season, ESPN predicts the season outlook team power rankings. The Rockies head into the 2013 regular season at the no 12 spot - as sports columnist Logan Burdine points out, "The Rockies were expected to hit, and have done so, but the starting rotation has been the unexpected bright spot. In the first six games of 2013, Rockies starters produced five quality starts, putting them well ahead of pace to beat last year's sad total of 27."

Colorado currently holds a 5-3 winning record, having played the Arizona Diamondbacks and Milwaukee Brewers in Week 1.

The Giants snag the no 5 overall spot (out of 30 teams). According to Chris Quick, "It's extremely early, but postseason hero Marco Scutaro's slow start -- 2-for-23 with no extra-base hits and back issues -- is a tad concerning for a 37-year-old infielder."

San Fran heads into Wednesday's game also with five wins and three losses, having played the LA Dodgers and St. Louis Cardinals in Week 1. The Giants won both Game 1 and 2 against the Rockies.

The ball game will be broadcasted live on ROOT Sports and but fans can listen in on the radio at 850 KOA, KCS 1300, KNBR, and CBS.
