Teresa Giudice RHONJ Costar Dolores Catania Housewarming Party Despite Joe's Prison Time

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice might have had a pretty emotional last couple of days as she said goodbye to her husband, Joe, who reported to his Fort Dix prison on March 23. Yet, while his wife has been pretty devastated since, it doesn't seem that her season 7 RHONJ co-stars are being as supportive as they could be. It seems that one of the stars Dolores Catania actually threw a party on the day that Giudice had turned himself in.

While we previously reported that Giudice had been given a break from filming by Bravo following bring her husband to jail, it is now being reported that her cast mate actually threw a housewarming party just days after Joe had turned himself in, something that is allegedly not sitting well with others.

According to Radar Online, newbie Dolores Catania hosted a housewarming party and invited all the bravo gals to the celebration, but the question is whether or not Teresa was in attendance for the festivities.

"She's having a housewarming party," an insider explained to the news site.

However, while the party must go on, Giudice was clearly upset and shaken by bringing her hubby to prison, which her attorney, James J. Leonard Jr. explained in a statement.

"It was obviously a very emotional day, but this is a strong family with a tremendous support system and they will get through this, just as they did when Teresa was away," Leonard explained, according to RealityTea.

"She's emotional and sad right now, but she's got to carry on," another source told the news site. "She has four daughters so she has to keep everything moving."

However, some are wondering if it was in poor taste for newcomer, Catania, to host the party following the tragic events in Giudice's life.
