NBC's Blindspot Spoilers: Twitter Reacts Jaimie Alexander/Ashley Johnson Jane/Patterson Twist

NBC continues with the midseason return of Blindspot. Twitter had lots to say as the episode dropped two bombshells with Jane Doe/Taylor Shaw (Jaimie Alexander) and FBI agent Patterson (Ashley Johnson)'s shocking twists!

In our previous recap, Kurt (Sullivan Stapleton) ended up in the hospital after detecting a bomb in an art gallery. A mysterious sniper named Kade (Tom Lipinski), a man from her flashbacks, chased after Jane all over the city; only to be thwarted by Oscar (François Arnaud). While Kade continues his own manhunt, Edgar (Rob Brown) had to break up with Sarah because she was in real danger around him.

In our recent recap, while Kurt and the team went investigated at the mission chemical canisters, Patterson received a posthumous message from David, who had reserved a table at their restaurant. After an intense shootout at the Nasdaq building in Times Square, Kurt shacked up with Allie (Trieste Kelly Dunn) as Jane got hot and heavy with Oscar. During dinner, as the ghost of David (Joe Dinicol) appeared to her, Patterson realized he had solved another one of Jane's tattoos.

In an interview with Collider, showrunner/creator Martin Gero talks about the relationship between Oscar and Jane, "Oscar is an even grander version of that because she remembers him. The last time Weller talked to her, she was five. Oscar seems to know what's going on right now, and so she can't help but be intoxicated by the idea of trying to pull that out of Oscar."
