English model/actress Kelly Brooks is known for her stunning looks and amazing figure... but when stepping out of her home on Wednesday (April 10), the 33-year-old socialite experienced a slight wardrobe malfunction while flaunting a sexy, skin-tight dress. The paparazzi cameras snapped as Brooks walked out for a stroll donning a bright blue floral-printed minidress... only thing is she forgot to zipper up the back of the frock! The "Playboy" beauty still managed to pull off the sexy look, even while exposing the clasp of her lacy black bra!

How does she pull off such naturally glowing beauty? Apparently some vitamin B12 injections in the bum help! Brook recently admitted to Easy Living magazine, "A vitamin B12 shot in the bum does the job! They make you feel amazing - you go from a little bit groggy to 'ding!' It's probably not that sensible though…"
