'Teen Mom' Farrah Abraham Couples Therapy With Ex Simon Saran: Are They Back Together?

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham looks to be trying to make it work with on again/off again boyfriend Simon Saran. The MTV sex tape star not only brought him as her date to the MTV Movie Awards, but the reality pair is also going to couples therapy with Dr. Jenn. On top of that, she gave fans a sneak peek of what's to come on the hit reality series.

"I mean right now we are under Dr. Jenn's orders. Dr. Jenn is our therapist. Really just take it one day at a time right now," Farrah told PEOPLE about the status of their relationship. "We are doing [therapy] on our own right now. You'll probably see that on the upcoming season of Teen Mom OG."

The Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom actress similarly told Us Weekly that she and Simon are working on their bond, but for now they're "just friends."

"We're growing up. We have so much to do in our relationship, but we're here as friends today," she told the gossip mag. "I already wished [an engagement] would happen, but no."

Farrah and Simon would seem to be more than friends because they were caught on the MTV audience cam getting very cozy together. MTV tweeted a video of the two with the caption, "Things are getting wild on the #MovieAwards audience cam."

As MStars News reported, the former reality couple has been hanging out at a lot of places together recently with Simon even saving her from an alleged rape encounter.

"An Uber driver almost raped me," Farrah admitted, according to Radar Online. "I'm banned from Uber."

"My non-boyfriend [Simon Saran] threw him in the window and almost broke his car window," she said at the time. "The cops were called." However, she later backtracked by saying "it could have escalated into a rape situation."
