It seems as though Lady Gaga's heart may be even bigger than we thought. The "mother monster" has shown in the past she cares about her "little monsters" and in another sign of charity, Gaga has proven to be one of the more caring music stars. Gaga, who just had hip surgery to repair a labral tear, has given a fan of her's the money to pay for their own hip surgery. Lady Gaga is reportedly paying for one of her fans' hip replacement surgery. Yes, the "Born this Way" singer does seem to be as kind as everyone says.

Gaga will reportedly be paying for her fan Emma's trip to meet a team of doctors, surgeons, and specialists. According to WENN, the 19-year-old Emma suffers from scoliosis and hip dysplasia. When Emma reached out to Gaga, the superstar was so touched she named her gold wheelchair after Emma. The young Gaga fan tweeted, "Gaga herself reached out to me and is hooking me up with her team of doctors, plus others, that did her surgery in NYC as I have been needing a hip replacement for quite some time (my left hip dislocated almost two weeks ago too.. I know, perfect timing, right?)"

Emma continued with by posting, "We're planning on flying out this weekend, all expenses paid, for a consult. She won't be there, but the gesture is absolutely incredible and I broke down sobbing immediately afterwards... Words can't describe how incredibly BLESSED I am... I would like to send a MASSIVE thank you to Gaga, her entire team, as well as Cynthia and Joe for doing an incredible job of raising the most beautiful person I know."

This obviously is an incredibly kind thing for Gaga to do for her fan Emma. Kind deeds like this one are always nice to see. Meanwhile, Gaga is still recuperating from her hip surgery that forced her to cancel her "Born this Way Ball" tour. According to The Sun, although Gaga has been seen back on her feet, doctors told her she needs to wait another five months before attempting a on-stage comeback.
