Kim Kardashian Pregnant, Baby Bump UPDATE: Kim K Flaunts Sexy Maternity Wear At MTV Movie Awards [PHOTOS]

Pregnant Kim Kardashian is blowing off all of her maternity wear haters with a stunning dress that she wore to the MTV Movie Awards, showcasing her baby bump and her fashion sense simultaneously.

After being called out on questionable fashion choices (like sheer outfits), Kim K decided to rock an all-black ensemble that shows that she's still got it.

Kim Kardashian wore an LBD (LBMWD?) with poofy sleeves, a diamond-slit neckline and a single gold tassel necklace.

Unfortunately, Kim K was without her other half. Kanye West hasn't left Paris since Fashion week and is reportedly at work on a new album with Daft Punk and Chief Keef.

Keef tweeted that Kanye was taking him to the City of Lights shortly after being released from juvenile detention for violation of probation.

Daft Punk recently spoke on working with Kanye for a second time to Rolling Stone.

 "It was very raw: he was rapping - kind of screaming primally, actually," Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk said in an interview with Rolling Stone. "Kanye doesn't give a f*ck."

Kim flew to Paris to visit Kanye Tuesday but had to return due to divorce hearings between herself and ex-husband Kris Humphries.

Inside sources claim that a doctor has told Kim to cool it on the jet-setting lifestyle for the sake of her baby. If Kanye gets his way, she will. Rumor has it that Ye is trying to convince Kim to move to Paris, where Kanye already has a penthouse. Kim has spoken in interviews about possibly having the child in Paris, but has not confirmed the idea of a full-on move out of Los Angeles.
