'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Arrest Update: Found Not Guilty Of Assault, BFF Tori Rhyne Arrested

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans can't ever have some good news without bad news coming along with it. The same week the MTV mom was found not guilty of assault against baby daddy Nathan Griffith's girlfriend Jessica Henry, we found out her best friend Tori Rhyne was arrested with heroin possession.

Jenelle's lawyer Amy Lawrence-Lovely told Radar Online that she was found not guilty of the misdemeanor assault charges in regards to the case of throwing a glass at Jessica's head. The reality star took to Twitter to celebrate the good news writing, "I'll be happy to tell you first ... Not guilty."

She also posted some fan tweets congratulating her on the verdict:

About a week before Jenelle's bff was found with heroin in her car as can be seen here in the police report posted by Starcasm. According to the gossip site, Tori denied on Twitter that it was her drugs instead blaming the other person in her car. When Perez Hilton tweeted about the arrest, Tori replied on the social media site, "Ughhh! You don't even know what happened!"

Jenelle even got into the action by making fun of the headline stating Tori was her babysitter. She wrote, "Since when did you become my babysitter ?! Lmfao hilarious."
