‘Fast & Furious 8’ SPOILERS Updates, Cast: Charlize Theron’s New Character Details Revealed

The eight installment in the Fast and Furious series is slated to release on April 14, 2017. The casting of the film is recently come to an end and the production is set to start from June. In the latest updates of the cast, Fast 8 will feature an ensemble cast including the Mad Max: Fury Road star, Charlize Theron.

It was earlier reported by MStars News that Scott Eastwood has joined the cast of Fast 8. He is likely to play a significant role. Now, the action-thriller film is again back in news fabout its star-studded cast.

Universal Pictures sopke with Theron regarding her role in Fast 8, but at that time, the film's script was in its very initial stage. However, recent report points in the direction that suggest that Theron is all set to join the cast of the film. Variety reports that The Huntsman: Winter's War actress is going to star as the villain in the film. Based on her earlier roles,we can only speculate that she might be the new crime lord.

Fast 8 is going to be the first film in the new trilogy from the Fast and Furious franchise. Daily Mail reported that the lead stars from the films, Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson are all set to start the shooting in Cuba. Many more characters from the previous films are going to reprise their characters. The 48-year-old Diesel recently took to Instagram to share his excitement for Fast 8 and for working along with the director, F. Gary Grey.

"We're just really proud to be here, man. This is paradise. We're in Cuba, where the Torettos started. It's Fast 8. It's Dom Toretto here, back in his home, home, homeland. And Gary is about to rip it."

Fast 8 has a tremendous fan following, with the studio backing the project, this is surely going to bring in the best at the table.
