Angelina Jolie and Kids In Therapy Amid Brangelina Traumatic Divorce

Actress Angelina Jolie and her six children started going to therapy for the healing process after a traumatic situation brought by the divorce. As a mother, Jolie, "stays to be healthy for her six kids" even still under the struggle of her split with ex-husband Brad Pitt.

As reported by People on their new cover story, the intense behind-the-scenes divorce negotiations, between the ex-couple as they battles over their kids' custody triggered an investigation by L.A.'s Department of Children and Family Services.

Meanwhile, Jolie, 41 had to spend her first week together with her six children in an L.A. area rental home. Jolie's brother James Haven and some friends were there with them to comfort them.

Actor Brad Pitt, on the other hand, said in an interview that he has been devastated and heartbroken by the events which happen in the past several weeks. For Pitt, those events have been wrongfully portrayed and threatened to jeopardize his family's ability to heal and move forward.

Just last week, both Jolie and Pitt had a temporary custody that deals for the voluntary individual counseling. Pitt at 52, also agreed to undergo drug and alcohol testing, though it is not required, according to ET Online.

As after Jolie filed the divorce papers, she was granted the temporary custody of Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Shiloh, 10, Zahara, 11 and the twins Vivienne and Know, 8. However, Pitt can see their children but will have to be supervised following the terms put by the Child Protective Services.

When Pitt first visit his children, a therapist was present. This therapist is also the legal person who can either allow Pitt for future unmonitored visits or insist on being present when he's with the kids.

Until October 20, the children will remain with Jolie, while Pitt is getting visitation under probationary whether there will still be a therapist present or not.

As for Brad Pitt, he wants to handle these family issues privately, as he wants whatever is best for the kids. Currently, Jolie and the children left their Malibu home and are now at an estate in Hidden Hills, California.
