The Legend is True: Legends of The Hidden Temple Movie Coming Soon

Most 90's kids would remember the epic game show that showed in Nickelodeon called "Legends of The Hidden Temple". It was such a great show that throughout the years, audience continued to demand for a new show ever since the show stopped sometime at 1995. News are popping around in the internet and official trailers have finally showed up for Legends of The Hidden Temple The Movie and it will be showing this year at November 26 at Nickelodeon.

Just a recap, Geek mentions, Legends of the Hidden Temple was a physical, obstacle course game where teams of children would go full in Indiana Jones on looking for artefacts and look for answers to some questions to reach the end goal. There will be entities that would stop the kids towards their goals like Temple Guards.

According to Slash Film's synopsis, "The Legends of The Hidden Temple" TV Movie starts off with three siblings who find themselves in a jungle tour. They eventually would try to find a way to go away from it. The kids eventually find themselves in an area with obstacles everywhere so they can make it out alive.

The movie will also feature some nostalgic stuff that were the signature of Legends of the Hidden Temple. Like Olmec, the talking head who used to guide all the contestants in the old show. It will also feature the Steps of Knowledge, which was the right of passage for the contestants before they can get in deeper in the game. And most importantly, The Shrine of The Silver Monkey! The one objective that was a staple in the show which most contestants would have either an extremely easy or hard time at assembling.

Nickelodeon is really know to make fairly good children's movies, but this will hopefully strike a heart cord for all of the 20+ year old 90's kids. Here's the official trailer too.
