The six-and-a-half months pregnant Duchess of Cambridge is finally starting to show a growing baby bump. During this weekend's National Review of the Queen's Scouts, the 31-year-old royal replaced Queen Elizabeth II and performed inspections of the Scouts with Chief Scout Bear Grylls. Though her work with the organization is definitely admirable, most of the attention was on her mint green Mulberry coat that was showing off her baby bump after months of "mommyrexia" rumors and concern. As usual, the always-fashionable Middleton looked flawless.

These Scouts came to the this 80-year-old annual celebration at Windsor Castle in order to receive their awards in order to receive their Queen's Scouts awards for outstanding performance. This is the highest honor a Scout can achieve. The event is usually presided over by the Queen, but she was off celebrating her 87th birthday privately.

Chief Scout, adventurer and television's survivalist personality Bear Grylls said, "The Duchess is an incredible role model and she helps us show that Scouting's not just for boys."

The "Man Vs. Wild" star continued, saying, "She's also such a generous volunteer and everyone is so excited to have her in the Scouting family. Many people have followed her lead and are getting involved and enjoying the adventure."

Since joining the Scouts last year, over 2,800 new adult volunteers have signed up with the organization, which is the second biggest increase since 1986.

Though Kate has about three months left before her royal due date, she has not slowed down in terms of charities. Just lat week she added three more organizations to her list of charities and plans to hold visits and meetings for them over the next few months.

Luckily, after she gives birth she will have some time to rest with her mother Carole Middleton. Last week, a palace source told the media that Kate would not be employing a maternity nurse, but instead will spend six weeks post-delivery with her parents.
