Beyonce and Rihanna feud rumors continue at Video Music Awards after Jay Z's cheating in 2005!
Beyonce and Rihanna are rumored to be feuding until now as reports claim that Beyonce tried to upstage Rihanna at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, while Rihanna's new song is said to be a total diss to Beyonce.
According to Hollywood Take, Beyonce and Rihanna have spent years fighting over Jay-Z and it has been said that the feud is not over their career, but because of Beyonce's husband, Jay-Z. And due to hard feeling, Beyonce decided to finally put Rihanna in her place at the MTV Music Video Awards.
Rumors claim that Beyonce made sure that her performance for "Lemonade" will grab the spotlight and not Rihanna's Video Vanguard Award. As per Hollywood Life, the 27-year-old Rihanna is a long time friend of the Beyonce's husband Jay-Z.
Meanwhile, Rihanna's new song, "Bitch Better Have My Money," is allegedly said to be about the 33-year-old Beyonce. Furthermore, when Beyonce heard the song, she already knew that it was all about her for once for the lyrics are pretty obvious, "shit, your wife in the backseat of my brand new foreign car."
Said feud started in 2005, when Jay-Z allegedly borrowed Rihanna's car - a brand new Porsche Turbo and was said to believe that Beyonce got jealous due to speculations that the two had an inappropriate relationship. In the lyrics of Rihanna's song, the Porsche is said to be the foreign car Rihanna talks about, and Beyonce is, of course, the wife.
This is not the first time that Rihanna and Beyonce are faced in a feud like this, because earlier this year, Rihanna was rumored canceled her Grammy performance upon finding out that Beyonce would be in the show. However, Beyonce's good friend confirms in an interview that there is no feud between her former bandmate, Beyonce, and Rihanna.
"There are two women who support each other. The rest of the world is those who started the rivalry, they are very secure women," Kelly Rowland said. However, fans are still waiting for Rihanna and Beyonce to confirms or denies the feud rumors, particularly with what have been speculated during the Video Music Awards.
