Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is People's Sexiest Man Alive for 2016!

People magazine has crowned Dwayne Johnson also known as "The Rock" as 2016's Sexiest Man Alive.

The described "sweet, smart, and sculpted" actor shares sentiments about the award to be "awesome" and that he realized " how cool and exciting it is." Dwayne also expressed in the magazine's cover story that the award was a symbol of pretty much reaching the pinnacle, The Rock also said that he didn't know where he could go from that because he has basically done it all.

Dwayne Johnson celebrated on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," according to ITech Post the actor confessed that it may have taken quite some time before he started loving his own skin. He recalled the tough times that came along the way to his current successful status, Dwayne opened up about the 10 years he invested in playing football just to find out that it wasn't going to happen.

The Moana star seems to have bagged more than one title for 2016, apart from being People's Sexiest Man Alive Everyday News reported that The Rock has also been named the "highest paid actor in the whole world." The Hollywood and WWE superstar was said to have banked $64.5 million in a year ending June 1, those digits was said to be twice the amount he earned last year.

Dwayne's good character is helped by his girlfriend Lauren Hashian, their daughter Jasmine, and his daughter Simone, the actor shared how they help keep him grounded. Another testimony to The Rock's awesomeness was when Zac Efron shared some love for his "dawg", his recent tweet says that Dwayne's personality is the most attractive and that underneath the rippling muscles is a caring heart.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will be appearing in the Disney animated film "Moana" as the voice of the demigod "Maui." The film is scheduled to make a splash this coming 23rd of November.
