17 Instant Classic Games Launched on Facebook Messenger

Facebook Messenger launched instant games to keep its users more entertained. Since it is available from the message threads, the games are said to load in seconds as they are built on the HTML 5 mobile web standard.

Around 17 games have been launched and available for users, they are also said to load very fast between 3 to 10 seconds as per Tech Crunch.

Since most of them are short, it is easy to be played in minutes and it takes around 30 seconds to finish a full round of a game. This gaming feature has drawn attention from its users.

Facebook Messenger has launched the update in 30 countries including the US. Some of the game developers are Konami, Namco and the latest like King and Zynga. They are available on the latest iOS and Android devices andis accessible by hitting the game controller icon on Facebook Messenger threads. 

It also provides the options to share scores and challenge people, the head of Facebook Messenger David Marcus stated that social gaming has been only famous on desktops and now times have changed that this could unlock a new era of friendly play.

Packman, Galaga, Arkanoid, Space Invaders, Track and Field 100m, Shuffle Cats Mini, Words with Friends: Frenzy, Hex, Everwing, Endless Lake, Templar 2048, The Tribez: Puzzle Rush, 2020 Connect, Puzzle Bobble, Zookeeper,  Brick Pop and Word A Lot Express.

With these instant games, Facebook is sure to keep their users engaged, the best part is that these games are frictionless and addictive. From Facebook's standpoint, it is sure to bring revenue from developers by promoting their games, there is also said to be an increase in the usage of Facebook Messenger ever after the latest update .
