Game of Thrones Season 7 Has Finally Arrived! Why Game of Thrones Season 7 Is Extraordinary
What makes Game of Thrones truly awe-inspiring is the fact that it has surpassed George R.R. Martin's books. This leaves fans clueless as to how the series would really come to an end.
Though not so exciting to learn about, but credible sources disclosed that the show has only 15 hours left. This means that final two seasons will be a lot shorter than the usual. In other words, Game of Thrones Season 7 will only have seven episodes, while Game of Thrones Season 8 will have 6 episodes, not much like the previous seasons with regular 10 episodes that run about an hour long per episode according to a report on the Daily Star
This worries fans because it could mean that they will somehow miss out some of the storyline's major events. But Iain assured Game of Thrones fans that the upcoming series will be as impressive as the past episodes considering that the production team are actually spending just as much time and effort as they did with the previous seasons according to an article on Express.
Iain Glen plays the role of Ser Jorah Mormont. Glen told Radio Times that "They are taking the length of time it takes to shoot ten episodes to shoot just seven this year and six next year," as cited on the Daily Star. Iain continued talking about the set of the series, and according to him its scale and size as well as the world being created is even getting more and more extraordinary.
Another teaser comes from Sophie Turner who plays Sansa Stark. She revealed that her character becomes more sinister and violent in the Game of Thrones Season 7. This taste for killing had been developed after she witnessed Ramsay Bolton's hungry dogs ripped its own master into pieces.
In an interview with Vulture, Sophie Turner reminded the audience about Sansa's meaningful smirk as she walked away after witnessing the death of Ramsay. "Whether she enjoyed it. Whether it's a power trip. But she definitely is a lot more powerful, and it'll be very interesting to see how she handles that coming up this season," the stunningly gorgeous actress concluded.
