'Teen Mom 2' spoilers: Verdict for Jenelle's case revealed! Guilty or not guilty?
For nearly a year, Jenelle future's is unclear and challenged as she faced an assault and battery charge in the third degree against Jessi. Said case stemmed from an alleged altercation which was not televised with Nathan's girlfriend Jessica. Obliviously, the feud is worse than it seems as Jessi refused to drop the charges which resulted for the case to go to trial.
In the upcoming "Teen Mom 2" premiere tonight, Jace and Kaiser's mother faced off against Jessi and her ex in court. "I am really nervous because if I'm found guilty it could affect my career, and it could affect my life in general because I would go to jail for thirty days," said Jenelle to a friend pre-showdown, as reported by MTV.
Jenelle testified on the video provided by MTV, that she saw Jessi came out of a car towards her that resulted for her to perceive Jessi as a "threat". Jenelle was supported in the courtrool by David.
"My son was upstairs sleeping. I went to go throw water in her face -- I did not mean for the cup to hit her at all," she calmly explained as she demonstrated how the cup slipped out of her hand and unintentionally struck Jessi in the head.
As reported by US Weekly, Jenelle further explained that she left the outside scene, but Jessi provoked her once again by throwing the glass back at her which fortunately failed to hit her. In the verge of tears, Jenelle recalled how Nathan yelled at her that she would "not have her child back" and that she would "never see [Kaiser] again."

Jenelle was found not guilty and was obviously glad and relieved for the result. She tightly hugged her lawyer Amy. However, the battle of Jenelle does not end as her custody battle with Nathan is still ongoing, according to Reality Tea. What will be the end for Jenelle? Will she win the custody battle?
