Hulu has decided to include CBS in its upcoming TV Streaming Service this year, the company announced this news on Wednesday.

Addition of CBS and its fabulous related cable channels will bring Hulu to several television top-rated programs, which includes The Big Bang Theory and N.C.I.S. Major sports events such as NFL and NCAA men's basketball tournament will also be added. Two of Hulu's close competitors, DirecTV Now and SlingTV both lack CBS channels.

Hulu's Chief Executive, Mike Hopkins, spoke about this service at the 2017 Internet, Media and Telecommunications Conference on Wednesday in Las Vegas, he reveals the company haven't yet offered an exact price for the forthcoming service but said it would be around $40 per month. This price will also include Hulu's existing library of on-demand progress, which cost $8 for a version for commercial.

Hulu have yet not announced as to when this service will be available. The company said it had signed deals to include large-scale networks like ABC, ESPN and Fox News. It is expected to also include popular channels like NBC, Fox, the Disney Channel, CNN, TNT, TBS, Cartoon Network and National Geographic.

Mr.Hopkins further said the service would be available on only two devices at a time, there maybe upgrades on it for people who want more streams.

It will be available on common devices that can enable streaming on TVs, including Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Xbox One, along with iOS and Android apps. Roku is a notable absentee and other devices will soon.

Priority wise Hulu remains behind NetFlix and Amazon video, their competitors in in traditional on-demand video business, in offering mobile users the ability to watch offline to avoid chewing through data restrictions.

CBS has their own streaming service for $5.99 per month or $9.99 per month for version that does not include advertisements. Back in July, the company said that it had about a million subscribers and expect that number to grow to around four million in next 4-5 years.
