Nick Viall vows to give America a happy ending in fourth try to find true love
After two failed attempts at finding true love on national television, three if you count Bachelors in Paradise, Nick Viall is at it again on his fourth run and a new season of The Bachelor.
The premiere episode teased a lot of what is in store for the upcoming season and provided a background of Nick's previous attempts at having relationships with both Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe, not to mention breaking up with Jen on Bachelor in Paradise.
The show also featured some relationship advice from previous Bachelors who have had better luck in finding love in less tries than Nick, EW reported. Among the bachelors who dropped in to provide some needed support were Sean Lowe, Ben Higgins and Chris Soules. To rally the show's fans, Nick promised viewers: "I'm gonna give America a happy ending."
The episode also featured contestant teasers which included a look at Dallas-based lawyer Rachel, businesswoman Danielle L., Italian speaking teacher Vanessa, nursing student Josephine, southern belle Raven, fun loving Alexis, mental health specialist Taylor and Liz, who admitted that she had sex with Nick after Jade and Tanner's wedding.
There's also Corinne, whose claims of wealth and a glamorous lifestyle, including a nanny has already had her pegged as this season's latest villainess. It also did not help her popularity in the house that she scored the first kiss with Nick, Baltimore Sun reported.
Unfortunately, not everyone is bound to make the cut and for the first episode, Nick had to let go of some of the ladies like Ida Marie, Olivia, Lauren, Briana, Angela, Jasmine B., Michelle and Susannah.
"Having been in Bachelor world and kind of having been associated with sex and the timing of it, that's something going into the season I wanted to make sure I learned from. But at the same time, I had to be able to explore these relationships and find out if this was someone who was right for me," Nick said.
