This year's event, which will be organized by Live Nation, which acquired a major stake in the event's parent company, Founders.

This year's event will be topbilled by the rock band Tool, which recently concluded their US tour last October. Aside from their unique sound, the band is best known for its unorthodox performance style and stage setting which make them unique from other artists, The Hollywood Reporter posted.
