Selena Gomez and The Weeknd looks nothing but a picture of love and happiness. Even her friends and family seemed to have given the thumbs up for the Canadian artist. Perhaps this is the man who would finally put Justin Bieber on the sideline for good.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber has had an on and off relationship for years which apparently had a negative effect on Selena. Even her mother Mandy warned Bieber to stay away from her daughter especially after she got out of rehab. On the other hand, The Weeknd always liked Selena. He thinks she's really pretty, talented, and not to mention sexy per Blasting News.

A Perfect Match

Selena not only loves her new boyfriend, she genuinely likes everything about him. She loves his "Starboy" album as well as the song he dedicated to her entitled "Party Monster" which became a massive hit. The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye wants to keep things private as much as possible between the two of them. He doesn't want to be accused of just using Gomez for publicity. He wants to be recognized for his hard work and sheer talent, which admittedly, he has.

Jealous Justin

The Weeknd kissing Selena Gomez went viral, and not long after, Bieber's distaste for the singer became apparent. Bieber was seen leaving Delilah in West Hollywood California on Friday when TMZ asked him if he listens to Weeknd's songs. Bieber responded, "Hell nah. That sh-t's wack!"

Because of this people can't help but think that Bieber's lashing out on The Weeknd because he's just jealous and furious that Gomez has finally found "the one". Whether or not this really is the end of the epic Gomez-Bieber saga and the start of a new love adventure with The Weeknd is something fans will just have to wait and see.
