'Black Panther' Stunning Concept Art Offers Tantalizing Look At Wakanda

At the end of "Captain America: Civil War", Marvel Studios gave fans a tantalizing look of Wakanda. At that point, people we already had an idea as to what we can expect from "Black Panther". For one, T'Challa will be struggling in his new position as the protector of the African nation. Still, not much was known about the place except that somewhere, there is a panther head sculpted on the face of a mountain somewhere.

Now, though, everyone knows a little bit more about what's inside Wakanda's borders, courtesy of "Doctor Strange". Benedict Cumberbatch's superhero film's HD release included stunning concept art of "Black Panther". Judging from the end credit scene in "Civil War", it can be expected that Wakanda will be beautifully rendered.

Screen Crush described the fictional nation of "Black Panther" as having a fusion of ancient structure and ultra-modern technology. A concept art featuring Wakandan streets show just that, which showed houses that look like they were made out of mud bricks. 

Furthermore, fans are also given a look at a city surrounded by lush, green mountains. Marvel did not say what the place was, but Cinema Blend surmises that it could be Wakanda's capital city of Birnin Zana.

As for Wakanda's king, he is likely to wear that sleek, black leather catsuit from "Civil War". There is a concept art showing him on top of a speeding car, so Wakanda's protector is highly likely to be involved in some serious action. In fact, this coincides with a report that "Black Panther" shot a high-speed car chase in South Korea.

The concept arts also gave a look at Wakanda's forest where an ancient temple is located. And if one picture is anything to go by, T'Challa will also be encountering some foes in that setting. Lastly, the movie will also have a cave in it that has water streaming through some parts of it. It could be located within the temple or it could be elsewhere. Unfortunately, nobody will know for sure until "Black Panther" graces cinemas worldwide.
