Princess Diana News: James Hewitt Struggling To Move On From His Break Up With Princess Diana

Princess Diana and James Hewitt were together since a very long time. Their relationship received a lot of media coverage when they were going around. The duo's split up also became the headline when the couple broke up.

Since then, it is learned that James Hewitt is having a tough time moving on with his life. Recently he was seen driving past a small cottage a lot of time where he and Princess Diana used to reside once when they were together. Even though the house has been sold to some other, Hewitt was seen spending a lot of time in front of the cottage. MailOnline reports, James Hewitt was the army major, who broke Princess Diana's heart before fleeing to Spain.  

At present, James Hewitt is staying with his mother in a two-room apartment in Exeter, England. The last time when Hewitt and Princess Diana were seen together was in 1990. They both ended their relationship in the year 1991. Diana later faced a car accident in a Paris Tunnel in the year 1997 where she expired.

Friends close to James Hewitt were heard saying that he is still not yet over from her past relationship with Princess Diana. He still misses the Princess every single day said a source to New Idea Magazine. Family members were heard saying how he always stay back at home with his mother. He has not been social for a very long time and is only seen outside when he has to buy something from the shop. He was also seen roaming around the previous cottage where the couple used to go together for weekends.

James came in front of the media in the year 2011 were he admitted how he went into depression when Princess Diana left him. According to reports, he even tried to shoot himself in Paris after her death, out of his depression but somehow his mother stopped him from taking the wrong step.

After Princess Diana's death, James Hewitt was seen in a lot of talk shows where he discussed his love life with Princess Diana. He even sold his letters that were exchanged between the couple for a certain period. These letters were sold at an auction for $16 million dollars.
