‘Sons of Anarchy’ Spinoff: Charlie Hunnam Teases Jax Teller Returns In ‘Mayans MC’

Fans want Hunnam to reprise Jax Teller in the "Sons of Anarchy" spinoff called "Mayans MC." While FX has yet to confirm his return, the actor may have subtly hinted at his appearance in a recent interview. According to MTV, he certainly teased his likely return in the "SOA" universe in the future.
The publication's assumption came after Hunnam's interview with Entertainment Weekly. In it, he expressed his excitement to see the "Sons of Anarchy" spinoff. He promised that he would certainly tune in to the show. He also praised series creator Kurt Sutter and sounded optimistic at the future success of "Mayans MC."
"I really think that, honestly, anything that Kurt is doing I'm excited about, 'cause I think he's a phenomenal writer and has such a unique voice and vision," Hunnam told the publication.
Hunnam may not be in the "Sons of Anarchy" spinoff [soon], but he definitely sounded like he wants to be a part of it. He said the focus on the "Mayans MC" is interesting and exciting. Regardless, the actor has the show to thank for his knowledge about motorcycle clubs. He looked back at his experience playing Jax Teller for seven seasons and admitted that he learned a lot from the series.
"I obviously got to know very, very well the world of California motorcycle clubs and I just think it's a very rich, vital, exciting world," Hunnam added.
Hunnam had since admitted that he wants to be in the "Sons of Anarchy" spinoff in previous interviews. He admitted that he wants Jax Teller to return from the dead and appear in a dream sequence in "Mayans MC." However, it is up to the producers and Sutter if they want him back.
